nice!!! i want to perm my hair cos it's so boring to be straight and get all tied up. tot of doin digital perm. what say ya?

But I don't think this sort of curls can be achieved by perming.
She says she wanna perm, not saying she wanna achieve this through perming.
I think this is another of those use hair wax and scrunge up hair ends kinda thing.
haha. permin damages hair and it will becomes dry... hmm.. let mi consider 1st? maybe i go cut fringe lo.
